How to host a Distribution?
Step 1 - Locate Children in Need
Find/designate a group of children in need.
Examples include women and children’s shelters, orphanages, children’s homes, Title I schools, churches, or social groups.
Discuss with relevant authority figures/ director/organizer and get permission to distribute care packs to children. Find out relevant procedures and number of children in need. Get a list of needed items.
Make sure to read the Safety and Protocols section of the FAQ document.

Step 4 - Pack Your Manny's Packs
Print out the Manny’s Pack logo and Manny’s story to include in each of the packs.
Check with your chosen organization to see what type of bag (ziploc, etc.) you can use to package items.
**If you are using plastic bags, please include this disclaimer in each bag
Pack 6-9 items (suggested #) per pack.
Take pictures while you are packing!! We would love to see all of the service being done in Manny’s honor!
Step 2 - Contact Us
Get in contact with us and let us know that you want to join us.
Fill out the following form: Step #2 --About You
*We request that you complete this form each time you plan a distribution with Manny’s Pack.
**You will receive a follow-up email from us to welcome you to Manny’s Packs and to provide you with Manny’s logo and Manny’s story to add to your packs.
Step 5 - Distribution
Distribute Manny’s Packs!
**Please follow relevant delivery and safety procedures for the organization you are working with.
Step 3 - Collection Time
Acquire items for the children/ donation drive.
Make sure to check with the organization you are working with to find out needed/relevant items.
Suggested number of items for Manny’s Packs is 6-9 items.
Here is a list of suggested items to include in Manny’s Packs.
One thing we do ask is that at least one item in the pack be fish or shark themed. (Manny loved baby shark!)
Examples of fish/shark themed items include: goldfish, shark/fish gummy packs, ocean themed coloring books, ocean themed band-aids
Step 6 - Follow Up
Follow up with us and share pictures/ images/ posts.
